Shredly 隐私政策
Shredly（以下简称"本 App"）是一款在 iPhone 上整理和删除照片的工具。我们非常重视你的隐私：本 App 的设计原则是照片只在你的设备上处理，不需要注册账号，没有广告，也不做任何跨 App 或网站的追踪。本政策说明本 App 会接触哪些信息、为什么、以及你的选择。
1. 照片和视频
- 本 App 在你授权后读取系统相册，用于把照片逐张显示给你、统计月份和分类、计算文件大小。照片、视频及其内容不会上传到我们或任何第三方的服务器。
- 照片只有在你主动"清扫碎纸箱"并在系统弹出的确认框中同意后才会删除。删除由 iOS 完成，照片会进入系统相册的"最近删除"，保留 30 天，期间可以恢复。
- 如果照片存储在 iCloud 上，查看或显示时会由 iOS 从 iCloud 下载，这一过程由 Apple 处理，适用 Apple 的隐私政策。
- 你可以随时在 iOS"设置 → Shredly → 照片"中更改或撤销相册访问权限。
2. 照片的地点信息
在照片预览页查看"地点"时，如果照片带有拍摄位置，本 App 会使用 Apple 提供的地理编码服务（Core Location）把经纬度转换为地名。这一过程会把该照片的坐标发送给 Apple，适用 Apple 隐私政策。本 App 本身不保存、不上传位置信息，也不会获取你的实时位置。
3. 存储在你设备上的信息
为了让 App 正常工作，以下信息只保存在你的设备上（不会发送给我们）：你选择的主题和设置（触感、音效等）、已保留照片和碎纸箱中照片的系统标识、整理进度和已清理的数量与空间、每日免费删除额度的计数。删除本 App 会一并删除这些信息。
4. 购买 Shredly Pro
- 付款完全由 Apple 通过你的 Apple ID 处理，我们无法获得你的支付信息（如银行卡号）。
- 本 App 使用 RevenueCat 来验证购买和订阅状态。为此，RevenueCat 会处理一个随机生成的匿名用户标识、购买记录（购买的商品、时间、订阅状态等交易信息）以及必要的设备与 App 版本信息。这些信息不与你的姓名、邮箱等身份信息关联，只用于确认你是否已解锁 Pro，不用于广告或追踪。详见 RevenueCat 隐私政策。

5. 问题反馈
当你通过 App 内的"问题反馈"给我们发邮件时，邮件由你设备上的邮件 App 发送，我们会收到你的邮箱地址、邮件内容，以及 App 预先填好的 App 版本、iOS 版本、机型和语言信息（发送前你可以查看和删除）。这些信息只用于回复和解决你的问题，不会用于其他目的，也不会提供给第三方。你可以随时要求我们删除往来邮件。
6. 我们不做的事
- 不展示广告，不接入广告或统计分析 SDK。
- 不追踪你在其他 App 或网站上的活动，不出售或出租任何个人信息。
- 不要求注册账号，不收集你的姓名、电话、通讯录等信息。
7. 儿童隐私
本 App 不针对 13 岁以下儿童，也不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。如果你认为我们无意中收到了儿童的信息，请联系我们，我们会尽快删除。
8. 你的权利
由于本 App 不在服务器上保存你的照片或身份信息，绝大多数数据都在你自己的设备上，由你直接控制（删除 App 即可清除）。如需查询、更正或删除我们可能持有的信息（例如反馈邮件），或对本政策有任何疑问，请联系我们。
9. 政策更新
如果本 App 处理信息的方式发生变化，我们会更新本页面并修改上方的生效日期；重大变化会在 App 更新说明中提示。

Shredly Privacy Policy
Shredly ("the App") is a tool for sorting and deleting photos on iPhone. The App is built so that your photos are processed only on your device. There is no account to create, no advertising, and no tracking across apps or websites. This policy explains what information the App touches, why, and the choices you have.
1. Photos and videos
- With your permission, the App reads your photo library to show you photos one at a time, group them by month and category, and work out their file sizes. Your photos, videos and their contents are never uploaded to our servers or to any third party.
- Photos are deleted only when you choose to empty ("sweep") the bin and confirm in the dialog shown by iOS. iOS performs the deletion and moves the photos to Recently Deleted in the Photos app, where they can be recovered for 30 days.
- If your photos are stored in iCloud, iOS downloads them from iCloud when they are displayed. Apple handles this, under Apple's privacy policy.
- You can change or revoke photo access at any time in iOS Settings → Shredly → Photos.
2. Photo locations
When you look at a photo's location in the preview, and the photo has location data, the App uses Apple's geocoding service (Core Location) to turn its coordinates into a place name. This sends that photo's coordinates to Apple, under the Apple Privacy Policy. The App itself does not store or upload location data, and it never accesses your current location.
3. Information stored on your device
To work properly, the App keeps the following only on your device (it is never sent to us): your theme and settings (haptics, sounds and so on), the system identifiers of photos you kept and photos in the bin, your sorting progress, how many photos and how much space you have cleared, and the count for the daily free deletions. Deleting the App removes all of it.
4. Purchasing Shredly Pro
- Payment is handled entirely by Apple through your Apple ID. We never receive your payment details, such as card numbers.
- The App uses RevenueCat to verify purchases and subscription status. For this, RevenueCat processes a randomly generated anonymous user identifier, purchase history (the product, date and subscription status of each transaction), and basic device and app version information. This is not linked to your name, email or other identity, is used only to check whether Pro is unlocked, and is not used for advertising or tracking. See the RevenueCat Privacy Policy.

5. Feedback
If you email us through "Send Feedback" in the App, the email is sent by the mail app on your device. We receive your email address, your message, and the details the App fills in for you (app version, iOS version, device model and language), which you can review or remove before sending. We use them only to reply to you and fix the problem, and we never share them with third parties. You can ask us to delete our correspondence at any time.
6. What we don't do
- We show no ads and include no advertising or analytics SDKs.
- We don't track your activity in other apps or websites, and we never sell or rent personal information.
- We don't require an account or collect your name, phone number, contacts or similar information.
7. Children's privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have received such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
8. Your rights
Because the App keeps neither your photos nor your identity on any server, almost all data stays on your own device under your control (deleting the App clears it). To access, correct or delete information we may hold (such as feedback emails), or with any question about this policy, please contact us.
9. Changes to this policy
If the way the App handles information changes, we will update this page and the effective date above, and mention significant changes in the App's release notes.
