Shredly 服务条款
欢迎使用 Shredly（以下简称"本 App"）。下载、安装或使用本 App，即表示你同意本条款。本条款是 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议（EULA）的补充；两者不一致时，以对你更有利的约定为准，Apple EULA 中关于 Apple 的权利义务的部分不受影响。
1. 使用许可
我们授予你在你拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上，为个人、非商业目的使用本 App 的有限、不可转让、非独占的许可。你不得对本 App 进行反向工程、转售或用于违法用途。
2. 照片的删除
- 本 App 用于帮助你整理和删除照片。照片只有在你主动清扫碎纸箱、并在 iOS 的确认框中同意后才会删除。
- 删除的照片会进入系统相册的"最近删除"，保留 30 天，期间可以恢复；超过期限或你在"最近删除"中手动删除后将无法恢复。
- 请在删除前确认选择。对于你主动确认删除的照片，我们不承担恢复责任。重要照片建议另行备份。
3. 免费功能与 Shredly Pro
- 免费版可以使用核心功能，每天可删除的照片数量有限（目前为每天 30 张），部分主题、智能分类和音效需要 Shredly Pro。
- Shredly Pro 提供以下购买方式（具体价格以 App 内和 App Store 显示的为准，可能因国家或地区不同）：
- 年度会员：自动续期订阅，期限 1 年。
- 终身买断：一次性购买，无需续费，永久解锁当前和以后的 Pro 功能（在本 App 继续提供期间）。
- 我们可能调整免费额度和功能划分，但不会减少你已购买的 Pro 权益。
4. 自动续期订阅说明
- 确认购买后，费用将从你的 Apple ID 账户扣除。
- 订阅会在当前周期结束时自动续期并扣费，除非你在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续期。续期费用会在当前周期结束前 24 小时内扣除。
- 你可以随时在 iOS"设置 → Apple 账户 → 订阅"中管理或取消订阅。取消后，当前周期内仍可使用 Pro 功能，到期后不再续费。
- 如提供免费试用，试用期内未使用的部分在购买订阅后将失效。
5. 退款与恢复购买
所有付款由 Apple 处理，退款请通过 Apple 的"报告问题"页面申请，由 Apple 根据其政策处理。更换设备或重新安装后，可在付费页面点"恢复购买"，使用同一个 Apple ID 恢复已购买的 Pro。
6. 免责声明
本 App 按"现状"提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对本 App 不中断、无错误或满足你的特定需求作出保证；对于因使用或无法使用本 App 造成的间接或附带损失（包括照片丢失），我们不承担责任。我们的全部责任以你为本 App 实际支付的金额为限。部分国家或地区的法律不允许上述限制的，以当地法律为准。
7. 条款变更与终止
我们可能不时更新本条款，并在本页面修改生效日期；更新后继续使用即视为同意。你可以随时删除本 App 停止使用。如你违反本条款，我们可以终止你的使用许可。
8. 适用法律
本条款适用开发者所在地法律；你所在国家或地区的强制性消费者保护法律赋予你的权利不受影响。

Shredly Terms of Use
Welcome to Shredly ("the App"). By downloading, installing or using the App you agree to these terms. They supplement Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). Where the two differ, the provision more favourable to you applies; Apple's rights and obligations under its EULA are unaffected.
1. License
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices that you own or control. You may not reverse engineer or resell the App, or use it for unlawful purposes.
2. Deleting photos
- The App helps you sort and delete photos. Photos are deleted only when you choose to empty the bin and confirm in the dialog shown by iOS.
- Deleted photos go to Recently Deleted in the Photos app and can be recovered for 30 days. After that, or once you delete them from Recently Deleted, they cannot be recovered.
- Please review your choices before deleting. We are not responsible for recovering photos that you chose to delete. We recommend keeping a separate backup of important photos.
3. Free features and Shredly Pro
- The free version includes the core features with a daily limit on deletions (currently 30 photos a day). Some themes, Smart Categories and sounds require Shredly Pro.
- Shredly Pro is offered as follows (prices are shown in the App and on the App Store and may vary by country or region):
- Yearly: an auto-renewable subscription with a term of one year.
- Lifetime: a one-time purchase with no renewal that permanently unlocks current and future Pro features for as long as the App remains available.
- We may change the free allowance and which features are included, but will not reduce Pro benefits you have already purchased.
4. Auto-renewable subscriptions
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. After cancelling, Pro stays available until the end of the current period and is not renewed.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of it is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
5. Refunds and restoring purchases
All payments are processed by Apple. To request a refund, use Apple's Report a Problem page; Apple handles refunds under its own policies. On a new device or after reinstalling, tap "Restore Purchases" on the upgrade screen to restore Pro with the same Apple ID.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for your particular needs, and we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses (including loss of photos) arising from using or being unable to use the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the App. Where local law does not allow these limitations, local law applies.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these terms from time to time and will change the effective date on this page; continuing to use the App after an update means you accept it. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may terminate your license if you breach these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the developer's place of residence. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country or region still apply.
